Shipping & Returns information
Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays for items in stock will be dispatched the next day. Items ordered on Friday after 12 noon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. UK returns are free of charge. For full details please see below.

Shipping fees: Please note, shipping is charged in addition to your Subscription Fee: £3 per month for UK orders, £12 per month for international orders. All monthly boxes are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked services.
We send the bonus Welcome Packs by Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK and International Standard to other countries.
While we don't anticipate this cost changing any time soon, we reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if the cost of shipping with our usual service provider (Royal Mail) changes significantly.
Duty fees: Please note you are responsible for any additional duty fees your country might require on import.
Returns
We want our process to be hassle free for you. If you receive your item and are not totally happy with it (though we are sure you will be!), we will accept your returns within 14 days of delivery. The order must be returned in “as new” state in the packaging originally used. Once the returned order has been received, I will issue a refund of the original purchase price, including original delivery charges as paid.
UK returns
If you live in the UK, returns are free, whatever the reason for your return. Please let me know if you would like to return an order by email to ria@wearearcana.com, and I will send you with the necessary documentation.
Overseas returns
If the item is in any way faulty, we will pay for the return postage from whichever country you are in. If you have changed your mind, we kindly ask that you pay for the order to be returned.
Made to Order Production
We are a small independent British business, and with sustainability close to our hearts and always on our mind, we keep a small stock in our studio and make-to-order if demand exceeds our stock. If an item is made to order, you can expect the a production time of 5-6 weeks.

Our Haven bags are handmade to order and take approximately 3 weeks. If you would like one sooner, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
This is a haven for all your things, a tardis of a bag perfect for a weekend getaway. They are soft yet sturdy and lay flat to easily pack away. They have a generous internal zipped pocket for important things. The outer zip also bears a little acorn/moon charm.
Made from organic, recycled and zero waste fabric and handmade in Hampshire these are luxurious and environmentally conscious. The gold herringbone fabric is limited edition, so there are a limited number of this design available.
This bag features our Wild Oak Pattern fabric. Oak trees are a haven for 2,300 species, each nurtured by different parts of this majestic tree. Find the oak growing in the blanket folds. Green woodpeckers, purple emperors, blue ground beetles and faithful squirrels are attracted to the oak, and like animals to the Arc, the wildlife is supported by this tree. Strengthened and safe, oak is a sanctuary for creatures of all shapes and sizes.

The outer is made from 100% organic cotton, printed in the UK. The beautiful lining is 100% recycled (nearly 90% cotton). The base and piping are made from a gold ochre herringbone fabric which is 'zero waste'.
The zero waste fabric is created from surplus yarns that are left over from the sampling process or unused in previous collections in a Lancashire weaving mill. There is only a limited quantity of this fabric available, so these very special and luxurious bags are limited edition.
Bags are hand made by a seamstress in Hampshire. Most likely you’ll only need to spot wipe our bags, but if you need to, they are machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle.
Natural and woven fabrics and beautiful and unlike anything else. Due to their nature some minor imperfections may be present but we think this only adds to their charm.
Washing instructions
Most likely you’ll only need to spot wipe our bags, but if you need to, the covers are machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Air dry them flat, please don’t tumble dry. Iron on a low heat if needed, print side down for best results. Do not bleach or dry clean.
