Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays for items in stock will be dispatched the next day. Items ordered on Friday after 12 noon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on UK Bank Holidays or for a period over Christmas and New Year (dates will be announced nearer the time).

UK returns are free of charge. For full details please see below.

Please note we currently ship to UK, USA, Canada and Australia and the United Arab Emirates. We unfortunately cannot ship to the EU after 13th December 2024. We hope this will not be the case for too long. If you live in a country other than those listed and would like to buy from us, please get in touch to discuss.

Duty fees for international customers: Please note you are responsible for any additional duty fees your country might require on import.

Curiosity Club & Crew Subscription Plans

Shipping fees:

UK shipping is FREE and sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
USA - Tracked shipping, including duty pre-paid, £10/month.
Canada & Australia - Tracked shipping for £12/month.

Duty for our subscription shipments to the USA is included in the shipping cost, and pre-paid.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if the cost of shipping with our usual service provider (Royal Mail) changes significantly in the future, but we will always give advanced notice and minimise the increase as much as we can.
