Yes! Curiosity Club makes a thoughtful and memorable gift for curious children who love nature, science, and stories.

If you’d like to gift a subscription for a set time period (like 3, 6, or 12 months) without it renewing, just email me at care@arcanaliving.com and I’ll set it up for you.

To send a gift through the website, simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You can also add a message in the 'Is this a gift?' box in the cart. We’ll handwrite your note onto a keepsake card and tuck it into their first box...a beautiful way to begin their journey.

Learning is even more fun when shared. When you add two or more subscriptions to the same address, you’ll automatically receive 10% off your total at checkout, and this applies to all recurring fees too.

It’s a simple way to make sure siblings can explore together, and everyone feels part of the adventure.

The sibling discount applies to any combination of our subscriptions, whether that’s two Curiosity Crew boxes, or one Club and one Crew.

When you sign up, you’re reserving your place for next month’s box. For example, join in October and you’ll receive the November box, shipped in the first week of the month.

We offer three subscription options:

• 3-month minimum
• 6-month minimum
• 12-month minimum

All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. The difference lies in the minimum commitment, and the longer you stay, the more you save per box.

Your first payment is taken at checkout, and future payments are billed on the 15th of each month.

PRE-CHRISTMAS SIGNUPS: Families who join between 14th-19th December will receive the December box immediately, and be charged on 29th December for the January box, which will be delivered in the first week of January. They will then join the normal monthly routine.

You can pause your subscription for one month at any time via your account. Cancellations can be made any time after your chosen commitment has been fulfilled.

• UK shipping is free and sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
• We currently only ship Curiosity Crew to the UK.
• Our sibling subscription, Curiosity Club for 7-12 year olds is shipped internationally.

Yes. We know life can be unpredictable, so we’ve made it easy to pause or cancel in line with the subscription you’ve chosen.

You can manage everything through your customer portal, including pausing your subscription for one month at a time, whenever you need to.

Here’s how cancellation works:

• 3-month plan – cancel anytime after your third box
• 6-month plan – cancel anytime after your sixth box
• 12-month plan – cancel anytime after your twelfth box
  

Your subscription renews automatically each month and continues after your initial commitment, unless you cancel.

🛡️ Your rate is protected:

The price you signed up at will remain the same for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel and rejoin later, your new subscription will follow the current rates at the time of rejoining.

Curiosity Crew is lovingly created for children aged 4–6 years old, a stage full of play, imagination, and wide-eyed wonder.

Each box is thoughtfully designed to support early learning through storytelling, nature discovery, hands-on activities, and creative play. All elements are tailored to this age group, with activities best enjoyed alongside a grown-up.

That said, every child is different. Some older children may also enjoy Curiosity Crew depending on their needs and preferences — and for those ready for a little more independence, Curiosity Club (for ages 7–12) offers story-led science, creative challenges, and nature exploration they can dive into more independently.
