To send a gift through the website, simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You can also add a message in the 'Is this a gift?' box in the cart. We’ll handwrite your note onto a keepsake card and tuck it into their first box...a beautiful way to begin their journey.
Do you have sibling discounts?
Learning is even more fun when shared. When you add two or more subscriptions to the same address, you’ll automatically receive 10% off your total at checkout, and this applies to all recurring fees too.
It’s a simple way to make sure siblings can explore together, and everyone feels part of the adventure.
The sibling discount applies to any combination of our subscriptions, whether that’s two Curiosity Crew boxes, or one Club and one Crew.

How does billing and delivery work?
When will I be charged, and what will I receive?
Every month, your edition dispatches on the 7th (or the next working day). Renewals are charged on the 2nd of the same month, a few days before your adventure goes out. Your first payment is always taken at checkout.
If you join while the current month's edition is still in stock, it will be sent straight away and your subscription will renew on the 2nd of the following month. If the current edition has sold out, your first box will be the following month's adventure.
What subscription options do you offer?
We offer three plans: 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month minimum commitments. All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. The longer your plan, the more you save per box. You can pause your subscription for one month at any time via your account, and cancel any time after your minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
Is my price guaranteed?
Yes. The price you pay when you sign up is locked in for the duration of your plan, even if prices increase later.
What are the shipping options?
UK shipping is free, sent via Royal Mail Tracked. International shipping is tracked and duty pre-paid: USA and Canada £10/month.
Looking for a one-off gift or taster?
Our Archive Adventures feature the last six editions available to purchase individually, a perfect way to explore Curiosity Crew before committing to a subscription.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. We know life can be unpredictable, so we’ve made it easy to skip a month or cancel in line with the subscription you’ve chosen.
You can manage everything through your customer portal, including skip your subscription for one month at a time, whenever you need to.
Here’s how cancellation works:
- 3-month plan – cancel anytime after your third box
- 6-month plan – cancel anytime after your sixth box
- 12-month plan – cancel anytime after your twelfth box
Your subscription renews automatically each month and continues after your initial commitment, unless you cancel.
🛡️ Your rate is protected:
The price you signed up at will remain the same for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel and rejoin later, your new subscription will follow the current rates at the time of rejoining.

What age group is Curiosity Crew designed for?
Curiosity Crew is lovingly created for children aged 4–7 years old, a stage full of play, imagination, and wide-eyed wonder.
Each box is thoughtfully designed to support early learning through storytelling, nature discovery, hands-on activities, and creative play. All elements are tailored to this age group, with activities best enjoyed alongside a grown-up.
That said, every child is different. Some older children may also enjoy Curiosity Crew depending on their needs and preferences, and for those ready for a little more independence, Curiosity Club (for ages 8–12) offers story-led science, creative challenges, and nature exploration they can dive into more independently.

Discovery Tales and Illustrated Poster
Five illustrated story-science spreads take your child deep into one creature's world, one big idea per spread, told through story and observation.
The double-sided poster is its visual companion: comparative science spreads worth returning to again and again.
MEET THE CREATURE
Creature Puppet and Puppet Play Card
Every month a new creature arrives as a soft finger puppet, a friend that gives the month's animal a personality and a voice. The Puppet Play Card brings it to life with habitat scenes and movement prompts rooted in the creature's real behaviours.
Woven Patch
A collectible woven patch connected to the month's world, sometimes the featured creature, sometimes something unexpected from the ecosystem. Every month a new one. Over a year building a 'patch parade' to be proud of. Patches are iron-on and come on a card with three facts about the animal.

Nature Observation Guide and Search and Spot Cards
Two things designed to make stepping outside feel purposeful. The guide pairs a close-looking field activity with a seasonal scavenger hunt.
The spotter cards feature connected animals and plants with the details worth knowing before you head out.

Make and Create, Test and Discover, Imagine and Move
Make and Create brings a hands-on craft and a nature-inspired recipe using materials you likely already have at home.
Test and Discover is a simple science experiment that connects directly to what your child has been reading and learning.
Imagine and Move brings it into the body: movement prompts, mindfulness, and imaginative play inspired by the creature or habitat of the month.
COLOUR, PUZZLE & DRAW
Quiz and Colour Book
A twelve-page activity booklet for quiet moments and rainy afternoons: puzzles, colouring, how-to-draw, mazes and more. This book is designed for more independent engagement, reinforcing what your child has discovered across the rest of the edition.

Parents Guide
Everything you need to know about what's in the edition: talking points, activity suggestions, and what to look for outside this month. Written so you always know what's inside without having to read everything before your child does.
