Free UK Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) for all orders over £25. Upgrades also available.

General Shipping Information

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays for items in stock will be dispatched the next day. Items ordered on Friday after 12 noon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on UK Bank Holidays or for a period over Christmas and New Year (dates will be announced nearer the time). 

UK returns are free of charge. For full details please see below.

Please note we currently ship to UK, USA, Canada and Australia and the United Arab Emirates. We unfortunately cannot ship to the EU after 13th December 2024. We hope this will not be the case for too long. If you live in a country other than those listed and would like to buy from us, please get in touch to discuss.

Curiosity Club & Crew Subscription Plans

Shipping fees: 

  • UK shipping is FREE and sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
  • USA and Canada- Tracked shipping, including duty pre-paid, £10/month.

Duty for our subscription shipments to the USA is included in the shipping cost, and pre-paid.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if the cost of shipping with our usual service provider (Royal Mail) changes significantly in the future, but we will always give advanced notice and minimise the increase as much as we can. 


Returns

We want our process to be hassle free for you. If you receive your item and are not totally happy with it (though we are sure you will be!), we will accept your returns within 14 days of delivery. The order must be returned in “as new” state in the packaging originally used. Once the returned order has been received, I will issue a refund of the original purchase price, including original delivery charges as paid.

UK returns

If you live in the UK, returns are free, whatever the reason for your return. Please let me know if you would like to return an order by email to ria@wearearcana.com, and I will send you with the necessary documentation.

Overseas returns

If the item is in any way faulty, we will pay for the return postage from whichever country you are in. If you have changed your mind, we kindly ask that you pay for the order to be returned.

Made to Order Production

We are a small independent British business, and with sustainability close to our hearts and always on our mind, we keep a small stock in our studio and make-to-order if demand exceeds our stock. If an item is made to order, you can expect the a production time of 5-6 weeks.
