'THE LOVED’ embroidered art patch features the ladybird and wild strawberry, symbolises affection, care, and nurturing. A great gift for those you hold special to remind them they are loved and held dear.
Ladybirds are small beetles from the Coccinellidae family, with over 5,000 species with diverse colours and patterns. Strawberries have been a staple in English cuisine since the 16th century, initially wild varieties (as featured in this illustration).

The patch is 11.5 x 9 cm, and comes inside an A6 presentation card with a moss green envelope.
It’s colour fast, so it won't fade.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR PATCH
This art patch is intricately embroidered and is designed to be mounted on a hard or stiff surface.
🍀 To frame or mount on a book cover, you can use double sided tape or glue.
🍀 To attach your patch to fabric, like a canvas bag, flag or stiff jacket, I would recommend stitching, or using fabric glue. You may find the latter easier and you can get glues that are resistant to washing, if you want to wash your bag or jacket. The patch is machine washable and colour fast if you do choose to wash it.

RETURNS
We put a lot of love into our products, and are confident you will be very happy with them. But, if for any reason at all you want to return them, that is no problem at all. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but we ask they are returned in the same condition they arrived with you. How they are made
The gatefold presentation cards from each patch are printed in the UK on uncoated stock made from 100% genuine de-inked post consumer waste and FSC® certified. Made in an industry leading mill to strict ISO 14001 standards for environmental management, it is chlorine free (PCF) significantly reducing water contamination from processing.
I collaborate with a well-established UK company that partners with a small family-run factory in Ganzhou, renowned for its commitment to ethical and environmental standards. This partnership ensures safe working conditions, protection of workers’ rights, and the use of certified, and where possible, recycled materials. The factory, founded 16 years ago, is now strategically located near the homes of all local employees (very unusual in China), and benefits from a stable, well-compensated workforce with 50 employees. This close-knit approach fosters not only high-quality production but also a deep commitment to ethical practices.
