Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays for items in stock will be dispatched the next day. Items ordered on Friday after 12 noon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. UK returns are free of charge. For full details please see below.

Shipping fees: Please note, shipping is charged in addition to your Subscription Fee: £3 per month for UK orders, £12 per month for international orders. All monthly boxes are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked services.
We send the bonus Welcome Packs by Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK and International Standard to other countries.
While we don't anticipate this cost changing any time soon, we reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if the cost of shipping with our usual service provider (Royal Mail) changes significantly.
Duty fees: Please note you are responsible for any additional duty fees your country might require on import.
Returns
We want our process to be hassle free for you. If you receive your item and are not totally happy with it (though we are sure you will be!), we will accept your returns within 14 days of delivery. The order must be returned in “as new” state in the packaging originally used. Once the returned order has been received, I will issue a refund of the original purchase price, including original delivery charges as paid.
UK returns
If you live in the UK, returns are free, whatever the reason for your return. Please let me know if you would like to return an order by email to ria@wearearcana.com, and I will send you with the necessary documentation.
Overseas returns
If the item is in any way faulty, we will pay for the return postage from whichever country you are in. If you have changed your mind, we kindly ask that you pay for the order to be returned.
Made to Order Production
We are a small independent British business, and with sustainability close to our hearts and always on our mind, we keep a small stock in our studio and make-to-order if demand exceeds our stock. If an item is made to order, you can expect the a production time of 5-6 weeks.

QUALITY & SIZE
These 44cm square cushion covers feature a printed front made of certified 100% organic half panama cotton, with the back and piping made from a gold ochre herringbone fabric which is 'zero waste'.
The zero waste fabric is created from surplus yarns that are left over from the sampling process or unused in previous collections in a Lancashire weaving mill. There is only a limited quantity of this fabric available, so these very special and luxurious cushions are limited edition.
Printed in England with OEKO-TEX and GOTS Certified Ink, and sewn by a seamstress in Hampshire, these cushion covers are also washable at 30ºC on a gentle cycle.

Washing instructions
Most likely you’ll only need to spot wipe our cushions, but if you need to, these covers are machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Air dry them flat, please don’t tumble dry. Iron on a low heat if needed, print side down for best results. Do not bleach or dry clean.
